Welcome to Oomol! We're excited to have you as a user of our AI workflow automation platform. Before you get started, please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions outlined below.
By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Oomol.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Oomol and create an account. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use Oomol with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and ensuring their proper use. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.
1.3. You agree not to use Oomol for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.4. Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or other restrictions is prohibited.
2.1. Oomol is an AI workflow automation platform that allows users to create, share, and use AI tools and workflows. Our services include, but are not limited to: workflow editor, AI service integration, code connectors, and collaboration features.
2.2. You understand that your use of Oomol may be subject to limitations, such as storage space, computing resources, API call limits, number of users, or other usage constraints, depending on your subscription plan.
2.3. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of Oomol or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Oomol without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
3.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2. By using Oomol, you grant us the right to collect and process data related to your usage of the platform.
3.3. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes.
4.1. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on the Oomol platform (including workflows, AI tools, code, data, text, images, etc., collectively "User Content").
4.2. Content License: To provide our services, you grant Oomol a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content, but only to the extent necessary to provide and improve our services.
4.3. Publicly Shared Content: If you choose to publicly share your User Content (e.g., publishing on Oomol Hub), you grant other Oomol users the right to view, use, and modify that content, subject to the license terms you set.
4.4. Prohibited Content: You may not create, upload, or share the following types of content on Oomol:
4.5. Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable User Content that violates these terms, but we have no obligation to monitor all User Content.
4.6. Copyright Infringement Complaints: If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to support@oomol.com, including:
5.1. AI Usage Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the output content created using AI tools and workflows on the Oomol platform. Oomol makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
5.2. Prohibited AI Uses: You may not use Oomol's AI features for the following activities:
5.3. AI Training Data: Unless you explicitly consent, we will not use your private User Content to train our AI models. We may use the following data to improve our services:
5.4. Third-Party AI Services: Oomol integrates with multiple third-party AI service providers. When you use these services, you must also comply with their respective terms of service and usage policies.
5.5. AI Output Intellectual Property: The intellectual property ownership of AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI output complies with applicable laws.

Oomol's Intellectual Property: All content and materials of the Oomol platform itself, including but not limited to software, user interface, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, are the property of Oomol or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Oomol platform itself without our explicit written consent.
6.3. Open Source Components: Oomol may contain open source software components, which are subject to their respective open source licenses. Related license information can be found in our documentation.
7.1. Paid Services: Oomol offers both free and paid subscription plans. Certain features and services require a paid subscription to use. For specific pricing information, please refer to our pricing page.
7.2. Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processing services (such as Stripe) to handle payments. Your payment information is submitted directly to the payment processor, and Oomol does not store your complete credit card information.
7.3. Subscription Renewal: Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. We will remind you by email before renewal.

8.1. "As Is" Provision: Oomol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2. Service Availability: We do not guarantee that Oomol will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or always available. We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.
8.3. Third-Party Services: Oomol integrates with multiple third-party services (such as AI providers, cloud storage, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or reliability of these third-party services.
8.4. AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You should not rely on AI output to make critical decisions, but should use your own judgment and conduct independent verification.
8.5. Data Loss: While we implement data backup measures, we cannot guarantee that your data will never be lost. We recommend regularly backing up important data.
9.1. Scope of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oomol and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for:
9.2. Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability (whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory) exceed the amount you paid to Oomol in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 (whichever is greater).
9.3. Legal Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.
9.4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oomol and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
10.1. User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting our support team. After termination, you will not be able to access your account and data.
10.2. Oomol Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for the following reasons:
10.3. Termination Notice: Unless prohibited by law or in emergency situations (such as security threats), we will attempt to notify you in advance of account termination.

11.1. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11.2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
11.3. Informal Resolution: Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to contact us at support@oomol.com to attempt informal resolution of the dispute.
11.4. Arbitration Agreement (Optional): For disputes not exceeding $10,000, the parties agree to resolve through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration shall be conducted according to the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
11.5. Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a member of any class action or collective arbitration.
11.6. Exceptions: The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

12.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service (together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and Oomol regarding use of the services.
12.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
12.4. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
12.5. Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without your consent.
12.6. Notices: We may send you notices via email, in-platform notifications, or by posting notices on our website. You should send notices to us at support@oomol.com.
12.7. Third-Party Beneficiaries: Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no third-party beneficiary has the right to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service.
12.8. Language: These Terms of Service are provided in both Chinese and English. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
